1. Knowledge Base
a. The Knowledge Base is provided as a means to offer self-help by providing answers to commonly asked questions, documents and other downloads and features of EROL that may not be documented. If you cannot find an answer to your question, it may not mean that there is no answer, merely there is no answer available in the Knowledge Base. You can use other means to contact EROL Support to find an answer to your question.
b. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the correctness of each article, you will not hold Dreamteam Design Ltd responsible for any errors or ommissions in the Knowledge Base. If informed of an error or ommission, Dreamteam Design Ltd will correct any information where necessary within 7 day period.
2. EROL Forums - Usage Policy a. The EROL Support Forums (the Forum) are provided for the discussion of EROL software-related topics, including sales, support and general questions about our products and services. Considering the real-time nature of the Forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we do monitor the contents of posted messages but are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the Forum, Dreamteam Design Ltd. or any entity associated with this Forum. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.
b. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use the Forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by the Forum.
c. Although the Forum does not and cannot review the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, Dreamteam Design Ltd reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this Forum, Dreamteam Design Ltd., Infopop Inc. (the makers of the bulletin board software), and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
d. Dreamteam Design Ltd also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
e. Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on this forum and will be removed by the administrators.
3. Helpdesk
a. The Helpdesk is provided to create threaded support tickets on a per issue basis. If a new Support Ticket is created, EROL Support will provide a response monday to friady (excluding Bank Holidays).
. EROL Support cannot guarantee a solution to your problem within the same working period. EROL support reserves the right to withdraw any of our support channels to any of our customers if we determine it necessary
4. Patches
a. Dreamteam Design Ltd provide software patches for EROL as free updates containing fixes and new features for the EROL software. These patches are supplied 'as is' and Dreamteam Design Ltd make no warranty about their fitness for use within your software environment. Please read the terms of the software's licence agreement before installing.
b. EROL Support strongly recommend that you perform a backup of your EROL store before installing any EROL patch. You can do this by opening EROL then selecting File > Make Backup and selecting a folder to backup to on your computer.
