FIX: ALL: 'Shopping Cart Error' when editing and previewing the Checkout Template.
FIX: ALL: If using the 'Paste as a Sub Page' option to page when on a Root level page, resulted in the pasted page returning to its original position after Repair Data or Close/Open store. 
FIX: ALL: When a Cut page from the 'Pages' folder in the Tree View, then attempted to Paste it to either 'Menus' or 'Toolbars' folder.
FIX: ALL: Commas in the Page Name which caused the Back Button to fail.
FIX: ALL: Where Customer Manager did not allow certain Customers to be deleted.
FIX: ALL: 'CUSTOMERS_UpdateSubListViewItem' error when moving between the Profile tab and Orders tab of the Customer Manager.
FIX: ALL: EROL will now add the absolute URL to image paths within store.css for MS Internet Explorer.  This fixes a bug in IE where images (images referred to the CSS) would not display in the Search Results - this only affected stores using Internal Frames.
FIX: ALL: Write Conflict issue when Previewing edited Templates.
FIX: ALL: Cursor lock-out in CSS Template Editor.
FIX: ALL: Fix for 'Previous' button when using Target Search Offline.
FIX: BUSINESS/DEVELOPER: Large number of Kitting Products on a page caused the slow loading of the page.

Note: The VAT Number and confirmation checkbox will not display if the customers location is the same as the Store Location, i.e. when a UK based customer is buying from a UK based store.  For all other countries the fields will be displayed.
