Current customers using Windows XP can download EROL 4.5 using their Store Manager, free of charge.

Customers upgrading to Windows Vista will need to contact EROL Sales on 0870 747 9141 and purchase the EROL 4.5 Vista installation CD. (If you purchased EROL 4.x after the 1st January 2007 or have an EROL Cover Plan you can receive this CD free. To request this CD call 0870 747 9141.)

If importing from previous version of EROL, check the following before publishing your store to the web:

1. Ensure your CSS Template has imported and updated correctly:

Go to Store Templates > CSS, then make a change to the CSS (enter a 'Space' in the CSS code and click Preview Change).

2. Ensure the Sitemap has imported and updated correctly:

Go to Store Templates > Sitemap, then make a change to the Sitemap (enter a 'Space' in the Sitemap code and click Preview Change).

3. Ensure the Index Page has imported and updated correctly:

Check Store Templates > Index - ensure the index page has imported.
